Contact the team with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos. Keep the tee for assessment and follow the return instructions before sending it.
The published terms require the tee to be returned for assessment. The first contact and photo review do not automatically approve a replacement.
The published policy limits replacements to one tee per customer per month. Intentional damage, misuse and failure to follow care instructions are excluded. Replacements are subject to assessment.

We normally process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, at weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next working day. After dispatch, Economy Delivery is estimated at 2–3 working days and Faster Tracked Delivery at 1–3 working days.
Allow around 3–5 working days in total for Economy, or 2–5 working days for Faster Tracked, including processing. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Will it fit the same as my usual tee?
Compare the garment width and length in our Evertee Original size guide with a T-shirt you like wearing. Size letters vary between brands, so use the measurements to choose your fit.
Can I mix colours and sizes?
Yes, in this bundle builder you can pick a colour for each tee. Select “Mix sizes” to choose individual sizes too. Your choices stay in place when you switch fabric.
Is Premium a subscription or membership?
Premium is a heavier fabric option at an extra £2 per Tshirt. The Add to Bag price includes your selected fabric. No membership is required.
How much is delivery?

What if the size isn't right?

Compare the width and length of both sizes with a T-shirt that fits you well. Choose the measurements that give you the room you prefer. Wash at a maximum of 30°C with mild detergent and avoid bleach. Air dry where possible and follow the care label on your Tshirt.
Can I get a tee without the logo?
Yes. Choose Plain Tshirt for T-shirts without the logo, or With logo to add the Evertee logo to every Tshirt in your bundle.

Choose one option for each pack. To buy both Plain Tshirt and With logo, add a separate pack for each option.
Can I edit my choices without starting again?
Yes. This page keeps your sizes and colours when you change fabric or return from your bag. Return here to change your selection, or adjust quantities in the bag. Check the selected sizes again before paying.
How should I wash my tee?
Wash at a maximum of 30°C with mild detergent and avoid bleach. Air dry where possible and follow the care label on your Tshirt.
